Things do change with time.

I know I should go to the doctor but that's up there with tiling the floor in the entry right now. I just don't have the time to fit it in, no matter how much I might want to do it.

I'd really like to get a grow light, both to see if the natural light would help me and to see if I could keep the mint alive. The problem is, here in BC buying that sort of thing pretty clearly spells "grow op" and I'd hate to give either the good or the bad guys that impression. It could be downright dangerous.Shevyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12360963999613712921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6043163554164764092.post-27912003372970333212009-01-20T18:52:00.000-08:002009-01-20T18:52:00.000-08:00Hi came over from GMBMFB.... It's just a slight disorder but even the slightest imbalance can throw you off. Have you been tested?

JessicaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6043163554164764092.post-32105773070106156002009-01-19T10:04:00.000-08:002009-01-19T10:04:00.000-08:00This time of the year is very tough on all of us. ...This time of the year is very tough on all of us. I'm really hating the snow. Really hating it.

Yes, from a totally non professional point of view, perhaps you do have SAD. My first suggestion is to speak to your physcian ASAP. Even a temporary run of therapueitc pharmacueticals can help the SAD symptoms. I also have a plant spot light that sits over my small kitchen table. It cost me $17at the DIY store. And I sit under it every morning while I drink my tea and watch breakfast television. I get a little warmth from the light (because I am 10 inches from the bulb), and I just sort of "bask" in it. It's my answer to a light box.

Does it really work, maybe. I like my routine of the light, steaming hot tea and breakfast TV. The plus side is you can also use it on your plants!Bouncing Backhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07617312829656028772noreply@blogger.com
